Instructions for using our Online Catalogue

Icons

	Add to Shopping Basket. By clicking this icon after you have specified your product criteria, you will add the item to your Shopping Basket.
	View Shopping Basket. By clicking this icon, you can see the full list of items you have selected on this visit.
	Favourites. By clicking this icon, you can add the item to your favourites folder listed to the left of the Online Catalogue and email information on these items to your friends. This is particularly useful if we have a special offer running.

The Online Catalogue

Our Online Catalogue is a simple and secure way to order the items you need, from your own PC and delivered direct to your door.

For each item, ensure that the product criteria are correctly selected e.g. colour, size, design option etc., then click the Add to Shopping Basket icon. You will be prompted to confirm your selection and you can select either OK which will add the item to your Shopping Basket, or Cancel which will cancel that particular selection without affecting your current selections already in your basket. You may add as many items to your Shopping Basket as you wish.

You can view the contents of your Shopping Basket by clicking the View Shopping Basket icon at any time or selecting the Basket link to the left of the Online Catalogue. This will also give you the opportunity to cancel any of the selections currently in your basket. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click the Checkout link to the left of the Online Catalogue. We endeavour to dispatch your goods to you by the most economical method. Except for special items, our delivery charges are £2.70 for orders up to £25.00 and £6.00 insured postage for orders over £25.00. Where you are asked to select a Shipping method, please select Economy. The delivery charges will be automatically calculated and included in the total price. VAT where appropriate is already included.

Please tick the box to indicate that you have read and accept our terms and conditions. You then need to select your preferred method of payment. We accept Visa and Master Credit Cards, American Express, Delta, Switch and Solo cards.

Once you have selected your Method of Payment, select Next. You then need to give us your Personal Details to enable us to effect delivery. Please carefully complete this section in full as there are a number of required fields. Additionally, we may need to contact you if there is a problem with your order. Please select your preferred delivery address and click Next. If you select a different address, please complete details in full and Click Next again. For copies of these pages as a reference, please click the Print Order icon.

At this point, you are taken to our secure server to complete the transaction. You will see the Padlock icon at the top of the screen or in a window in your browser software.

Please complete the card details as prompted then click Next. Your purchase will be confirmed on screen where you will have the opportunity to return to the main Home Page of our Website or the Home Page of our Online Catalogue.

You will receive an email confirming the order you have placed. Please keep this safe as a record of your order.

Searching the Online Catalogue

By clicking on the Find link to the left of the Online Catalogue, you may locate specific or generic items. For example, if you are trying to locate a Stirrup Pump, click the Find link and type "Pump" in the text box and click the right icon below the text box. This will list all the link references associated with the word "Pump".
