1. Maybury Sports Ltd. is a Mail Order company and requires payment with order. This will take the form of Credit, Charge or Switch Card from the site. A VAT invoice will be sent to you with your completed order.

2. Goods

Goods are sent by letter / parcel post or ParcelForce at purchasers risk. Evidence of postage fulfils our obligation to deliver. Delivery to the Channel Islands £23.85 for up to 10 kilos - please note your VAT is removed from your order form.

3. Prices

All prices quoted on internet do no include VAT this is added at checkout, Prices in the hardcopy catalogue include VAT - UK Mainland and N Ireland. There is no VAT on export orders. We reserve the right to amend our prices without notice. Goods despatched will be charged at the price current on receipt of order.

4. Goods Made to Order

We do not exchange or refund money on garments made to order nor do we refund / exchange pants / shorts under any circumstances. Skirts made above 36" waist will be charged at an additional £1.00 per inch for 16" skirts or £2.00 per inch for 18" skirts plus VAT where applicable. All garments are classed as made to order.

5. Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the manufacturing quality of the product when received. Maybury Sports Ltd. must be informed within seven days and the items returned at your expense. If Maybury Sports Ltd. accept your return you will be refunded in full. Should you receive any item that you feel is faulty please return it and if, after inspection, Maybury Sports Ltd. agree with your complaint, we will take the matter up with the manufacturers on your behalf and either credit or replace the item.

6. Specification

Every care is taken to describe goods as accurately as possible. Exact Colour Match cannot be guaranteed as variations occur between dye lots of fabric.

7. Title

Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the account is paid in full.

8. Refund Policy for School Uniform only

We will replace or refund most items provided they are returned complete,unused, and in the original packaging within 28 days of receipt.

Returns can also be made in person , with your receipt.
For your own protection we recommend you send items over £30 recorded delivery.
Socks and hair products can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

9.Refund policy for Sports Garments and equipment

Orders you wish to exchange or return must be agreed prior to return and with 14 days of receipt of order. You can do this by calling us on 0208 653 5440 or emailing us at enquiries@mayburysports.co.uk.
All Goods made to order such as Polo shirts,Lycra skirts,tops,skorts,Traditional skirts and bibs can not returned unless faulty. Items that have been personalised with embroidery or printing are also not refundable unless faulty.
Lycra pants and Shorites are also not exchangable due to hygiene reasons.
All faulty items must be returned to Maybury Sports,139 Northwood Rd,Thornotn Heath CR7 8HX
